You have the flexibility to cancel or amend your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. This time frame allows us to effectively manage our reservations and provide ample notice to other guests who may fill your reserved table. Unfortunately, within 48 hours of your reservation, cancellations or amendments are not possible. In such cases, your card will be charged, you may lose your deposit, or you won't be able to reuse your dining experience.
Recognizing that plans may change, we now offer an option to move a reservation within 48 hours for a late amendment fee of £15 per person. This fee helps us cover the operational adjustments required to accommodate last-minute changes. Please contact our reservations team on 0207 247 5050.
